S+A are some of my favorites. I was thrilled when they called and said they were considering another move closer in! We quickly swooped in to get the current home ready for a short rental before selling, and we got straight to lookin’!

We were focused on the newer townhomes and cottage clusters popping up in Portland. Closer in (to downtown/OHSU) was a must, and bikable was the only way to go. Three bedrooms for marital bliss? Of course. Count me in.

It was a short look, and with the cooperation of the brokerage on the other side we figured out the max use of development programs in Portland.

They scored. And their new neighborhood is inviting and close in and walking distance to Alberta(!)!
