“Shelley was incredibly helpful during the entire process of buying a home. I reached out to her through recommendation of a friend MONTHS before we were ready to buy. She offered advice and tools and learned a little about our needs and wants. We kept in minimal touch for about five months and found a house that wasn’t even on the market yet but that we wanted SO BAD! Shelley was super proactive, she called this person and that person and the MINUTE...I mean MINUTE, it went up for sale, she had called and scheduled a walk through the next morning. She got our offer together and paperwork, recommended we write a letter (which luckily I’m really fast at creating), then rushed it over for us to sign and by noon we had our offer and letter into the buyer. We were first time homebuyers, so had zero idea what we were doing. She made it extremely easy for us.

Our lender was extremely hard to get ahold of and I didn’t think much of it. The lender started making promises that Shelley saw as a red flag (and they turned out to be extremely red). She gave us some advice and lender recommendations. We took her advice but went with a family recommendation for the new lender, she was genuinely happy we were able to find a new lender even if it wasn’t her recommendations.

She kept in contact with us at least every other day through all of it. As first time home buyers that really put our stress at ease. I felt many of the other people on our financial team were in and out, but Shelley really stayed with us through the whole thing. She even guided us on parts we wouldn’t know about.

Shelley is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gets things done. For Shelley’s part, it was the most stress free purchase I’ve ever made (and I’m talking all the way down to choosing an ice cream flavor to buying a home).

Once we received the keys, she even helped us do a cute photoshoot in front of our home with a giant key we held and gave us a welcome home gift. I highly recommend her for all your future purchases or sales.”
