That doesn’t stop babies coming into the world! When my friend Haley told me her and her Husband were interested in a cute lil ranch a few weeks after the arrival of their baby, I was so happy to show them!

Haley and Jason were previously discussing aquiring an older 2-plex in the Hawthorne neighborhood. After much discussion and thoughts of having to deal with an early 1900’s bungalow that had LOTS of deferrerd maintenance, they decided to settle on something they just had to worry about cosmetics!

They got to work right away and already have changed the whole look of the home by removing carpets and bringing back the warmth of beautiful oak hardwoods!
