Matt and Suzanne have been great clients! Their new home had been under major upgrade and was ready to move into finally! Cue me listing their beautiful condo in the Sunrose building (hello, I’m the building’s favorite Realtor- or the other way around?)

We as a group are really into selling Matt and Suzanne’s properties on the first day. This was our second first- day home sale, and second time we sold over list price. I’ll miss the view from this place, but so glad the happy couple has more space to roam now!
