This beautiful home went to my awesome buyers, Taylor and Jason. Taylor reached out when her and Jason decided they were done with renting. They had checked out an open house or two and saw something they really liked, so I set up a time to meet them there. The house was super cute, but a few spaces were awkward and my spidey senses told me there were a few walls they wanted to move and some spaced they weren’t sure how they’d use. I’m a big believer in not rushing into things- especially in this crazy Summer 2020 market, especially as first time buyers, especially in a new area. So we kept looking. A few weekends later we met at their new house and we all knew this was the one. We saw a few more that day but cancelled the end of our showing appointments because it was so clear we had found their home. We all stood out back as long as our appointment would allow and we stared into the trees and we all felt at peace. This home was it for them. With 12 offers, we knew we had to be competitive. A clean offer and a great rent back for the sellers was just what we needed. I’m so happy for these two and their beautiful Great Dane Friday. What a first house, you two! Congratulations!
