My amazing clients originally came through my open house for unit #410. We started chatting and as I found out, they were downsizing from a home in Ladd’s Addition. They decided on unit #409 because of the balcony! Everything else was nearly the same, but I was happy to be able to represent them fully on the unit next door and see their downsizing dreams come true!
